Dr. Justin Ross is a clinical psychologist and co-founder of Mind Body Health, an integrative health psychology and counseling center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Ross has worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of athletes at all-levels to maximize their performance through their mindset. He puts his theories into practice: he’s an 11 time marathoner, including 6 Boston Marathon races and has completed 2 Ironman triathlons. In this conversation, Justin talks about maximizing your experience no matter where you are on your fitness journey, how you can shift your mental framework to achieve just about anything in your life, why motivation isn’t enough and more.
