In the second episode in our #MudderMinds series, Mindset coach and Mudder, Dave Cotterell guides us through coping mechanisms during these uncertain times. We are all used to pushing ourselves through levels of physical discomfort, whether that’s in training or during a Tough Mudder event, but Dave encourages us to understand that we will all have to go through a period of mental discomfort. It’s how we cope with, and overcome, those stresses that is important.

In the words of Dave; “we all need self care and we all need stress relief”, so get comfortable, watch the video, and then write that take out menu. If you have any questions or feedback then let us know via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. We’ll be continuing to try and answer your questions and provide tools to help you through lockdown over the coming weeks.

Wondering what #MudderMinds is all about? Find out more about our mental health wellbeing project and how to get involved.
